I’ve been an Apple watch wearer for several years now and use it for so many day-to-day things. First and foremost, I keep track of my workouts/walks and daily step count and like to close my 3 rings each day. My Apple watch gently nudges me every hour to stand and get up out of my seat, otherwise, it’s very easy to get lost in a project and be sitting still for several hours at a time! I set reminders for upcoming calls and meetings that day and use the timer feature multiple times a day. I truly don’t think I could live without it!
