Level Up Your Content Game
Social media is such a great way to connect, but let’s be honest: crafting the perfect post or comment can take ages. AI has been a lifesaver for polishing up my comments and making sure my social media posts shine. It’s like having an editor in my pocket!
Design Custom Images in a Snap
Using AI in my go-to design tool, Canva, has also been a game-changer for me. When I can’t find the perfect image in my stock photo account, Canva’s AI tools help me create custom professional-looking images with just a few clicks that fit my client’s and my needs.
Enhance Your Emails
I have also been utilizing Gemini, the AI feature integrated directly into Gmail. It will help you not only compose a new email but can also help you “clean up” your text, ensuring your messages are polished and professional.
The “Help Me Write” feature is great to use before you’ve started writing an email. If you’ve started writing an email already, specifically if it’s 12 words or more, click the Help Me Write button in your Gmail toolbar and you have several options: Polish, Formalize, Elaborate or Shorten. By selecting one of these options, it will generate a new draft of your email based on the action you selected. You can refine it further or use as is and simply click “insert” which will add the new text below your original draft email. Simply delete your original text and viola, your email it ready to send – it’s really that easy!

Zoom AI Companion makes my virtual meetings a lot more productive and organized. Once it’s on, it automatically generates meeting summaries with key takeaways, action items, and important details—so I don’t have to stress about taking notes. It saves time and makes sure I don’t miss anything.
